Questions or problems placing your order
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the web store and cannot place an order, please e-mail email@example.com. Please include information on the web browser you are using and the operating system of your computer so that we may better assist you.

Shipping and Handling Charges
- Handling charge: There is a US$5.00 handling charge on every order. This charge will be included with your shipping cost on your invoice.
- Shipping charge: The total shipping charge will be based on the weight of the entire order.
- Backorders: The shipping charge for the backordered portion will be charged when the back order ships. No additional handling charge is incurred when the backordered items are shipped.
Delivery Time for in-stock items
Allow up to three weeks for delivery in the US. Outside the US allow up to six weeks for delivery, depending on your location.When your order arrives, check it immediately and notify your carrier if it was damaged during shipping.Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Duties and taxes
For US orders, sales tax is collected for California, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, and Texas. For orders from Canada, GST is collected for all of Canada and HST for Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
When applicable, on-screen order totals reflect estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.
Outside the U.S. and Canada, please see local law to determine your obligation to pay or charge duties and taxes.
Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price you paid for the item. If the return is a result of our error, the shipping cost will also be refunded to you. When we receive your returned item(s), the original credit card you used to place the order will be credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. How will I get refunded for the items I return?
When our processing center receives your returned items, the original payment method you used to place the order will be credited. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Use the multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses. You can use this whether you are sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address.
Can I include a Gift Message?
Yes, during the checkout process, when you select "Change Shipping Address," please check the "This is a Gift" box and a text box will appear that allows you to type in a 50 character gift message.
Please note: Pricing will still appear on packing slips even if the gift option is checked.
What methods of payment can I use?
The following credit cards are accepted:

PayPal is NOT accepted at this time.
If the site's shopping cart is unable to complete the sale with the credit card you're using, please check that the card number and expiration date on the form are correct, and that the billing name and address provided match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.
When will I be charged for my order?
You are charged when your order is shipped, usually within one or two days of placing your order. If your order includes backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until shipped.
What type of order confirmation will I get?
You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received a confirmation email, please send an email to email@example.com.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
No changes can be made to orders once they have been submitted.
How do I update My Account Information?
To update your billing or e-mail address, click on Customer Care in the top right corner of the shop. Then, choose the appropriate selection in the Top Navigation bar.
Be sure to click on submit after changing the appropriate address information so that the changes are saved.
For customers outside of US and Canada, please contact customer service to change your billing address.
Can I see my Order History Online?
Order history can be viewed by clicking on Customer Care in the top right corner of the shop. A new window will open where you will need to log in to access your account. You can then click on View History in the Top Navigation bar. All of your orders since March 1, 2009 will be displayed. Unfortunately, any order prior to this date is not available on our new system. For inquiries on orders prior to this date, please call or email customer service.
To order does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies"?
Yes, your browser has to be set to accept cookies before you can place an order. You can change the cookie setting in your Web browser preferences.
Do I need to allow Pop-ups?
Pop-ups must be accepted for proper site functionality.
